Job Overview
We are seeking a full-time Attorney licensed in Texas to join our team. This is a in person role that requires working in-person at our offices in Magnolia, The Woodlands, or Cypress. Remote will be permitted as the work flow allows. The expectation for billable hours is 1,800 annually.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda
- Conduct depositions and trials
- Prepare pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents
- Manage case files and review documents
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Collaborate with team members to achieve client goals
Qualifications
- Active license to practice law in Texas (Required)
- Multiple depositions taken and trial experience preferred.
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
