Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Technicians to join our growing team. Opportunities are available in Commercial HVAC Maintenance, Service, and Installation. Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Complete service documentation accurately and on time.
- Ensure work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards and applicable codes.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
- Participate in on-call rotations as required.
Equipment Experience Preferred
Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:
- Boilers
- Chillers
- Commercial HVAC systems (1–25 tons)
- Commercial HVAC systems (25–80+ tons)
- Dedicated Outdoor Air Systems (DOAS)
- Water Source Heat Pump Systems
- Commercial Refrigeration Equipment
- Cooling Towers
- Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) Systems
Qualifications
- Previous experience servicing, installing, or maintaining commercial HVAC equipment.
- EPA Certification (preferred or required based on position).
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and occasionally more.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions, mechanical rooms, rooftops, crawl spaces, and other commercial job sites.
- Ability to climb ladders, kneel, bend, stand, and work for extended periods.
