We’re looking for someone who wants an HVAC career—not simply a paycheck.
The Installer/Helper works directly with our Lead Installer and will be trained toward becoming a future Lead.
Responsibilities
Assist with:
- Equipment removal
- Equipment installation
- Sheet metal
- Refrigeration piping
- PVC
- Electrical/control wiring
- Ductwork
- Jobsite protection
- Material preparation
- Truck organization
- Photographs/documentation
- Cleanup
- Startup and commissioning
Candidate must be punctual, mechanically inclined, coachable, professional around customers and willing to learn.
HVAC school or previous experience preferred but not required for an exceptional candidate.
Compensation
$20–$28/hour, depending on experience and demonstrated ability.
Raises tied to skill progression.
Performance bonuses available for exceptional attendance, workmanship, productivity and professional development.
Paid vacation/sick time according to company policy.
Current local helper listings commonly fall roughly in the $18–$30/hour range, so this puts You & Us in a competitive position while still leaving room for advancement.
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Experience:
- HVAC Installation: 5 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver D, HVAC Universal (Preferred)
