We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented full charge bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will manage the complete spectrum of bookkeeping functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all financial records. You will support our organization by maintaining precise general ledger entries, reconciling accounts and overseeing payroll processes.
Responsibilities include full-cycle bookkeeping activities, including data entry, journal entries, account reconciliations for multiple entities.
Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, income statements and other reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and review account activity for discrepancies or irregularities.
Proficiency with QuickBooks desktop and QuickBooks online is required.
