Guam Regional Medical City is seeking experienced ICU RNs to join its critical care team. This position requires nurses with strong skills in neurological, respiratory/thoracic care, IV therapy, and dysrhythmia management.
Provide intensive care for critically ill patients (1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio)
Monitor and manage dysrhythmias and perform IV therapy
Care for patients with neurological and respiratory/thoracic conditions
Administer medications and conscious sedation per physician orders
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust care plans
Document patient information accurately using Allscripts/Sunrise
Experience: Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
Certifications Required:
First-time Travelers: Accepted with 2+ years of ICU experience
Floating: Required within scope based on facility needs
On-Call Requirement: Not required
Base Bill Rate: $55.00$59.00/hour
Overtime: 1.5x after 40 hours/week
Charge Nurse Pay: Additional $5.00/hour
On-Call Pay: $10.00/hour
Call Back Pay: 1.5x
Holiday Pay: 1.5x (Observed holidays include Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, and Labor Day)
Local Candidates: Not accepted
RTO Policy:
Maximum of 3 consecutive days off
Maximum of 7 total days off per contract
All RTO must be pre-approved and included at the time of submission
