Perfect Paradise LLC Group Home is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Behavioral
Health Technicians (BHTs) to provide direct care and support to adults receiving behavioral
health services in a residential setting.

Responsibilities
As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will:
- Provide direct supervision and support to residents in a behavioral health residential setting.
- Monitor resident safety and well-being throughout assigned shifts.
- Assist residents with daily living skills and independent living activities.
- Document resident progress, behaviors, incidents, and interventions.
- Complete daily progress notes and shift reports accurately and timely.
- Assist with implementing treatment goals and recovery plans.
- Support residents during appointments, community outings, and recreational activities.
- Utilize de-escalation techniques during crisis situations.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic living environment.
- Communicate effectively with clinical staff, supervisors, and treatment team members.
- Ensure compliance with ADHS, AHCCCS, HIPAA, and facility policies.
Qualifications Required
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Valid Arizona Driver's License.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Ability to obtain or maintain CPR and First Aid Certification.
- Ability to obtain a Level 1 fingerprint Clearance card
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as needed.

- Group Homes
- Residential Treatment
- Substance Abuse Treatment
- Social Services
- Corrections
- Healthcare
Behavioral Health Technician certification.
Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices.
Experience working with adults experiencing mental health disorders.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations.
- Ability to safely transport residents when required.
