Pocket's Chocolates is a better-for-you chocolate snack brand known for bold, craveable flavors. What started at LA farmers markets has grown into national retail, including Whole Foods and Costco. We're on a mission to bring a pocket-worthy snack into every household, with one simple promise: delicious first, better for you always.
We're currently recruiting motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our daily warehouse operations!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Shipping and Logistics:
- Prepare and package orders for timely, accurate fulfillment
- Assist with receiving and restocking
- Track inventory and run regular cycle counts to keep levels accurate
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent service across email and messaging
- Address customer questions, concerns, and feedback promptly and courteously
Office Support:
- Help with general office tasks like filing and organizing
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Support the team in day-to-day operations and special projects
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or training is a plus)
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work quickly
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with basic office software and tools
- Able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexible schedule to support peak periods, extended hours or weekends as needed
BONUS POINTS FOR
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, or food distribution
- Forklift certified, or willing to become certified
- Pallet jack certified, or willing to become certified
- Bilingual (English / Spanish / Chinese / Korean / Vietnamese / etc.)
COMPENSATION & PERKS
- $19.15–$20.15/hr, depending on experience

HOURS
Monday through Friday, starting at 8am. Shifts run 5–8 hours depending on needs, with extended hours and weekends as needed during busy seasons. We may be able to adjust or offer more/fewer hours upon request.
