True Roofing & Construction is hiring a self-motivated Roofing Sales Associate who is comfortable creating their own opportunities. This position is for someone who is competitive, disciplined, confident, and willing to prospect every day.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through door knocking, networking, referrals, and self-generated leads.
- Perform roof inspections and meet with homeowners.
- Present roofing solutions and close sales.
- Manage your own schedule, pipeline, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records in the company CRM.
- Attend bi-weekly sales meetings.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Comfortable with door knocking
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-disciplined and organized
- Able to work independently without daily supervision
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Spanish speaker will be a plus
