Flooring Sales Position
Full time ,M-F, Alternating Saturdays and some weekend trade shows, plus on call for customers slightly outside our in person hours.
We are a local business looking for a Flooring Retail Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service. You must have strong communication skills and make customers feel welcome in our store. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services, and recommend solutions. You must know how to perform on site measurements and have as strong working knowledge of Hardwood, sheet products, vinyl flooring, carpet and more. You will need to keep up to date on product knowledge and application/installation guidelines. You will sell, order products, schedule, handle quality control, project manage with a goal of producing a satisfied customer for life. You must be willing to learn computer software relevant to flooring. A positive attitude and the ability to work with a team is necessary.
Guaranteed 75k as a commission base draw. Job is fully commission based and our seasoned sales team all makes 125-150k range.
