Key Responsibilities
- Learn and execute recruiting strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Source talent through networking, referrals, online research, and recruiting platforms.
- Conduct candidate interviews to assess experience, skills, career goals, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain relationships with professionals across a variety of industries.
- Develop expertise within a specialized market and stay informed on industry trends.
- Present qualified candidates and assist clients throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize recruiting technology and CRM systems to manage candidate pipelines and activity.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional client and candidate experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Internship, work, leadership, athletics, customer service, sales, or campus involvement experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate confidently with professionals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in recruiting and executive search.
- Comfortable working onsite in our office in Solon, OH.
