Part-Time Insurance Field Inspector$25.00 per hour | Paid Drive Time | Mileage and Vehicle ReimbursementWe are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Insurance Field Inspector to complete insurance-related photography and documentation assignments throughout area.This is an independent, field-based position for someone who works well without constant supervision, communicates consistently, and takes personal responsibility for completing assignments accurately and on time.
Position OverviewInsurance Field Inspectors travel to assigned locations to collect photographs, videos, measurements, documents, and other information requested by our insurance customers.Assignments are received electronically and may include:
- Automobile accident locations, including intersections, parking lots, roadways, and driveways
- General liability locations, including sidewalks, vehicles, businesses, and public areas
- Residential and commercial property inspections
- Document delivery and retrieval
- Basic measurements and condition documentation
After completing an inspection, the inspector uploads all required photographs, videos, measurements, notes, and documentation through our online portal.
Schedule and Territory
- Part-time position averaging approximately 15–20 hours per week
- Inspector coordinates their own daily route and schedule
- Assignments must be completed within established deadlines
- Some assignments may require travel up to approximately three hours from the inspector’s home area
- Consistent weekday availability is required
- This is a field-based position and cannot be performed entirely from home
Compensation and Benefits

Required Qualifications
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
- Reliable computer and internet access
- Smartphone or digital camera capable of producing clear photographs and videos
- Basic computer skills, including uploading files and completing online forms
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions
- Ability to walk around residential and commercial properties, stand for extended periods, and take basic measurements
- Consistent weekday availability
- Reliable email and telephone communication
Experience in insurance, property inspections, claims, photography, field services, route work, delivery services, construction, real estate, or law-enforcement documentation is helpful but not required.This position is best suited for someone who enjoys independent work, driving, problem-solving, and being personally accountable for the quality and timeliness of their work.
