As an AT&T Crew Member, you will be responsible for:
- Engaging with customers in retail environments and creating a welcoming experience
- Introducing AT&T products, services, and promotions in a clear and approachable way
- Learning how to identify customer needs and recommending the right solutions
- Supporting daily and weekly sales goals through professional customer interactions
- Explaining product features, wireless plans, and service options with confidence
- Guiding customers through activations, upgrades, and enrollment processes
- Participating in ongoing training designed to strengthen communication and sales skills
- Working closely with fellow AT&T Crew Member team members to maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere
