Looking for a candidate who can follow through from beginning to end, in regards to Estimating and Managing Commercial overlot and site Excavation and Utility Installation, to include sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water, and gas and be proficient the following areas:
- Knowledge of ProCore, BlueBeam, Excel
- Project takeoffs using Agtek
- Procure material and subcontractor quotes/orders
- Use Sage or similar software to track project costs and profits
- Interface with project foremen and superintendents
- Negotiate Contracts and interface with General Contractors
- Prepare and submit: permits, submittals, change orders, pay applications
- Manage large amounts of information and maintain project schedules
