Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support construction, maintenance, and operational functions. Duties
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring all materials and tools are organized and accessible.
- Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed.
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met effectively.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team is essential.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety practices is a plus.
