Job description:
Appraisal Shop is an established Residential Real Estate Appraisal firm looking to bring on an operations staff member in order to process orders and maintain an efficient office environment.
Job Requirements:
· Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Order processing and record-keeping.
- Online research via MLS and Tax Assessor websites.
- Phone management
- Order management
- Data entry
- Day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Skills required:
- Knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Problem-solving skills coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong work ethic, fast learner/self-starter with a willingness to acquire new skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost degree of professionalism.
- Team player, willing to collaborate with co-workers to accomplish tasks.
- Real Estate knowledge and experience are a plus.
· Located near the Arboretum.
- Compensation: $15.00-$18.00/hour based on experience during a 90 introductory period.
- A background check will be required, must have no record of theft or fraud.
