Wright Guard is NOW HIRING Security Officers for an established client site in Oakland — full-time and part-time shifts available and starting immediately.
Pay: $22.00 per hour during the 90-day probationary period, $23.00 per hour after

Position: Full-Time and Part-Time openings
Shifts: Day, evening, and overnight — multiple posts available
This is a long-term, consistent assignment at a single location, not rotating fill-in work. If you want steady hours at a stable post, this is one.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Secure and protect the client's property and grounds.
Learn all site-specific policies and procedures while providing exceptional customer service to everyone on site.
Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
Monitor entrances and exits and permit access to authorized persons only.
Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles.
Observe departing personnel to protect against theft of company property and ensure that authorized removal of property is conducted within appropriate client requirements.
Accurately record shift start and end times and maintain complete, truthful activity logs.
Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
REQUIREMENTS
Must possess a current and valid BSIS Guard Card issued by the State of California.
Must possess a valid CA State Driver's license for operating company-owned vehicle.
Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States.
Must have access to reliable transportation.
Must be dependable and punctual — this post requires consistent, on-time coverage.
This position involves prolonged periods of walking, standing, speaking, listening, and observing.
