Field Engineer (Networking): $45/hour plus overtime and double time when applicable
For this Field Engineer role (2 Week Project) you will be driving to various voting location sites throughout Los Angeles County providing daily hands-on networking support for AT&T and Los Angeles County. This is a 2 week project from October 15th to November 3rd. This role typically visits 2-4 sites/day.
Job Qualifications:
2+ years experience in telecommunications networking
Knowledgeable in troubleshooting, installation and configuration of Network Infrastructure, LAN, WLAN and router installation
Knowledgeable in networking terminology, interfaces, and protocols
Good verbal communications skills
Ability to diagnose problems with equipment and networking
Collaboration skills to work with any team
Must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle as this position will be requiring you to drive to and from various voting locations throughout Los Angeles County
Hiring is subject to Background Check & Drug Testing.
Mileage Reimbursement from location site to location site will be included
Project Start Date: Approximately October 15th through November 3rd. This is a 2 week project. There will be 1 day of *mandatory, paid* training approximately 10/15.
Must be a US Citizen
Must have an address and stay in LA County during the project.
