Duties
- Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide product knowledge to enhance their experience
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the kiosk and sales floor is clean, safe, and inviting
- Operate inventory control by managing stock levels efficiently
- Assist with receiving and unpacking products
- Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively and ensuring proper signage
- Handle cashiering duties accurately using retail math skills and process transactions efficiently
- Maintain safety standards by practicing safe lifting techniques and proper manual handling procedures
Requirements
- Previous retail store experience or familiarity with cafe environments
- Ability to operate material handling equipment
- Strong communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Knowledge of inventory management system
- Capable of heavy lifting and manual handling while adhering to safe lifting practices
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, merchandising, and cleaning tasks
- Basic math skills for retail transactions, inventory counts, and stock management
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high customer service standards
