Administrative Assistant /Pre-Processor- Real Estate Law Firm
Job Summary:
Real Estate Law Firm operating in a fast-paced work environment and looking for an administrative assistant/pre-processor who is extremely organized, cordial, punctual, and is more generally someone who gets stuff done.
EXPERIENCE WITH REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS IS BENEFICIAL.
Job Requirements:
- Must be reliable and punctual. Also have the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Technologically savvy including Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Social Media platforms, and ability to adapt and learn new systems.
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to draft and interpret documents without spelling and grammar errors. Ability to write routine reports and correspondences. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Daily tasks include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones, coordinating with realtors, & clients
- Coordinate with staff to ensure client and staff scheduling
- Maintain company calendar, electronic filing system
- Transferring customers to the appropriate department(s)
- Handling and resolving customer inquiries
- General Office Duties (typing, scanning, data entry making copies etc.)
- Verification (Verifying information on customers polices) and processing payments
- Take copious minutes during meetings and distributes to meeting attendees
- Data entry
- Assisting attorneys and staff in drafting and filing documents
