Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Join our dynamic team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. In this rewarding role, you will implement individualized treatment plans, collect and analyze data, and help clients develop meaningful communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (20 hours per week)
No weekends required. This is a consistent afternoon/evening schedule for a single client.

Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in accordance with individualized treatment plans.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, dressing, and feeding, as appropriate.
- Collect accurate data on client behaviors, responses, and progress.
- Use positive reinforcement and behavior management strategies during therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support and update individualized treatment plans.
- Complete required documentation accurately and maintain HIPAA compliance.
- Foster a safe, engaging, and supportive environment that promotes learning and independence.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA therapy as an RBT or Behavior Technician required.
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client sessions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to implement behavior intervention plans accurately and professionally.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation is a plus.
- Patience, compassion, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
