Role Responsibilities:
- Opening the restaurant kitchen independently
- Mixing and shaping large amounts of scratch made pizza dough
- Prepping and making pizza to order!
- Prepping and making salads and other menu items to order
- Creatively solving problems that may arise
- Working well and calmly under pressure - we are a busy restaurant!
- Move quickly, and stand for long periods per day, and lift 50 pounds
- Participating in the act of serving food to guests
- Closing the restaurant kitchen (cleaning, doing dishes, and preparing for the next day)

Schedule:
We are primarily hiring for full-time roles (30-40 hrs weekly). Evening and weekend availability required. Our days/hours of service are 11:30 am - 9:00 pm, Tuesday- Sunday. BOH shifts are generally between eight and ten hours long.
Other Requirements:
You will need to be able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk/more around the kitchen for long stretches at a time. Must be 18 years old by start date.
