For over 50 years, Hy's Steak House has been one of Waikiki's most iconic dining destinations — celebrated for its tableside flambés, white-glove service, and a dining room that transports guests to a golden era of hospitality. We're looking for reliable, personable individuals who are ready to be part of a legacy team and grow within one of Hawaii's finest restaurants.
What you'll do
- Set, clear, and reset tables to white-glove fine dining standards before, during, and after service
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately
- Anticipate guest needs — refilling water, bread, and condiments without being asked
- Support servers during tableside service, including Hy's iconic flambé presentations
- Maintain a polished, immaculate dining room throughout every shift
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure a seamless service flow
- Assist with pre- and post-shift setup and breakdown tasks
What we're looking for

- Positive attitude and composure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Dependable, punctual, and consistent — our guests count on us every night
- Ability to safely lift and carry 35+ lbs throughout a shift
- Available for evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required — we train the right people
