Role Overview
In this role, you will play a key part in designing, programming, troubleshooting, and optimizing FANUC robotic systems for custom turn-key automation projects. Key Responsibilities
- Programming & Optimization: Develop, test, and optimize FANUC robot programs to maximize production efficiency, reduce cycle times, and meet customer specifications.
- System Integration & Troubleshooting: Interface and troubleshoot robotic controls with program machine controls, PLC systems, and automated equipment.
- Quality & Continuous Improvement: Monitor and perform necessary code/program adjustments to ensure systems conform to standard quality guidelines and continuous improvement targets.
- On-Site & Field Support: Provide direct technical support to customers, including system commissioning, integration support, and occasional travel (up to 20%).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, production, and project management teams to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality turn-key automation systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Technical Expertise: Proven background in programming FANUC robots with a strong working knowledge of automated systems, robotic control theory, integration, and safety standards.
- Troubleshooting: Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with the ability to interface with machine control software.
- Project & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Windows environments and standard office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Work Ethic: Proactive, meticulous attention to detail, and a results-driven attitude.

Pay: $126,000.00 - $138,000.00 per year
