American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Hospice/Palliative Care position in the Northwoods area of Wisconsin, serving a geriatric end-of-life patient population with a Monday–Friday day schedule and no on-call requirements.

Hospice home health setting serving the Arbor Vitae/Northwoods territory of Wisconsin

Geriatric end-of-life care patient population

Expected 5–7 patient visits per day within up to a 60-mile travel radius

Day shift schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts)

No evenings, weekends, or on-call requirements

EMR: HCHB (experience required)

13-week contract

Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand

Current BLS certification required
-
Minimum 1 year of recent hospice RN experience required

HCHB EMR experience required
-
First-time travelers will not be considered for this position

Provide case management and direct nursing care to hospice patients in a home/community-based setting across the Northwoods territory

Timely documentation and communication are essential to this role

Flexibility with territory coverage is expected

iPad device provided for documentation purposes

Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate

Scrubs required in any color; jeans are not permitted

Local candidates are accepted and are eligible for the travel pay rate
