We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Weekend Caregiver to join our team at Delta Homecare - Georgia. As a member of our dedicated care team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional in-home care services to our clients. Responsibilities:
Provide non-medical in-home services, including companionship, light housekeeping, meal assistance, and personal care
Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
Accompany clients to appointments and errands, including grocery shopping and bank runs
Administer medication reminders and maintain accurate records
Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
Proven experience as a caregiver
Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
Respectful and compassionate attitude towards clients and families
Good time management skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ethics and physical endurance
