Job Title: Inside/Outside Sales Representative

About Us
Western Stucco Products is the manufacturer of the Western 1-Kote Product line. We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for driving revenue through both remote inside sales efforts (phone, email, video calls) and on-the-field outside sales (face-to-face meetings, client visits, and industry events).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Source and develop new sales opportunities through outbound cold-calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Client Engagement: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations via digital channels and in-person meetings.
- Relationship Building: Provide excellent post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Office Support: Will provide office support as need to assist office personnel.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience as a Sales Representative, or relevant sales role.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel), and virtual meeting tools.
- Mobility: Candidates must be 25 years old and have valid Arizona driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within the designated area.
- Education: High school diploma or associate’s degree is preferred or equivalent professional experience).
Physical Requirements
- Basic Exertion: The ability to lift and or carry, push or pull ≥ 50lbs.
- Body Positions: Standing, walking, sitting for long periods of time.
- Environmental Conditions: Exposure to extreme heat and cold, or loud noises.

Pay: $54,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
