We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Wine Ambassadors. In this role, you will represent our brand at various events, engage with customers, and promote our products and services. As a wine ambassador, you will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness and driving customer engagement through effective communication and marketing strategies.
Duties
- Engage with customers at events to promote products and services while providing exceptional customer service.
- Collect data on customer interactions and feedback to inform marketing strategies.
- Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content that reflects the brand's voice and values.
- Assist in event marketing efforts by coordinating logistics and promoting events through various channels.
- Utilize sales techniques to drive product awareness and encourage purchases.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Skills
- Experience with wine service is a plus, enhancing customer interaction skills.
- Proficient in data collection methods for gathering insights on customer preferences.
- Strong social media management skills to effectively engage audiences online.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Background in event marketing to assist in planning and executing successful events.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
