Are you someone who loves people, enjoys building relationships, and has a knack for making others feel welcome? Do you get excited about connecting people with experiences that can make their lives better?
Meadowlark is looking for a Community Sales Coordinator to join our team!
This is more than a sales position—it’s an opportunity to help people discover their next great chapter.
As a Community Sales Coordinator, you’ll be one of the friendly faces prospective residents and families meet when they first discover Meadowlark. From the first phone call or visit to the day they move in, you’ll help create a welcoming, personalized experience while keeping all the important details moving behind the scenes.
We’re looking for someone who can build genuine relationships, confidently share what makes Meadowlark special, and follow through to get things done.
- Show people what life at Meadowlark can look like. Conduct engaging, personalized tours of our community, residences, amenities, programs, and lifestyle offerings.
- ️ Be the first connection. Respond to inquiries and make prospective residents and families feel welcomed from the very beginning.
- Build meaningful relationships. Get to know prospective residents, families, referral sources, and community partners and understand what matters most to them.
- Follow up and keep things moving. Manage sales leads, appointments, inquiries, and follow-up so no opportunity—or person—falls through the cracks.
- Be a Meadowlark ambassador. Clearly and enthusiastically share our services, amenities, lifestyle, pricing, and what makes our community special.
- Support our Passport Program. Educate prospective residents and families about the program, assist with enrollment, and help maintain meaningful connections with Passport members.
- Help make the move happen. Prepare necessary documents, coordinate communication, and guide prospective residents through the application and move-in process.
- Get involved! Participate in open houses, sales events, outreach activities, and community events.
- Work across the organization. Partner with Resident Services, Hospitality, Assisted Living, Healthcare, Transitional Care, and other departments to create a seamless experience.
- Work toward sales and occupancy goals while keeping the process personal, genuine, and focused on the individual.
- Stay organized. Maintain accurate records, manage multiple prospects and priorities, and use technology and CRM/sales systems to keep everything on track.
We’re looking for someone who is friendly, organized, professional, enthusiastic, and genuinely enjoys working with people.
You might be a great fit if you:
- Love talking with people and making them feel comfortable.
- Are naturally warm, welcoming, and approachable.
- Know how to listen—and ask the right questions.
- Are confident giving a tour and telling a great story.
- Have strong follow-up skills and aren't afraid to make the next call.
- Can build trust with prospective residents, families, and community partners.
- Are organized and can juggle multiple priorities without losing track of the details.
- Take initiative and can work independently while also being a great team player.
- Are comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems.
- Can think on your feet, solve problems, and adjust when plans change.
- Have patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in working with older adults and their families.
A high school diploma or GED is required. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, senior living, healthcare, or a related field is a plus. Experience working directly with older adults and/or families is also preferred.
But here's the thing: we can teach you our systems. We can teach you our processes. What matters most is that you bring a positive attitude, strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication, and a genuine desire to serve others.
Because this isn't just about selling apartments.
It's about helping someone decide where they're going to spend the next chapter of their life.
It might mean helping a couple discover a lifestyle with fewer responsibilities and more opportunities. It might mean helping a daughter find the right place for her mom. It might mean answering questions, easing concerns, opening doors, and making a big decision feel a little easier.
That’s meaningful work.
You'll have the opportunity to build relationships, grow professionally, work with an incredible team, and make a difference every day—all while representing a community that is passionate about creating exceptional experiences for residents and their families.
This is a full-time salaried position, primarily Monday–Friday. Some flexibility is expected, as occasional evening or weekend hours may be needed for tours, events, prospective residents, and families.
If you're friendly, organized, energetic, and ready to be the welcoming face of a community that makes a difference, we'd love to meet you!
