American Traveler is hiring a Nursing Supervisor for a hospital-wide leadership role requiring an active MA RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Hospital-based Nursing Supervisor position within Patient Care Services

Provides hospital-wide oversight and serves as the onsite administrative resource during off hours

36 hours per week on rotating shifts

17-week assignment length

Uses Epic for charting

Uses UKG/Kronos for timekeeping

Active MA RN license required (conditional or pending licenses not accepted)

BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (AHA preferred; some facilities require AHA only)

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required

Primary source verification of license and certifications required within 30 days of start and upon renewal

Both NURSYS and Board of Nursing verification required for nursing license

Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed

Provides leadership and guidance to promote clinical competence and excellence in patient and family care across the continuum

Serves as a key administrative support resource for Patient Care Services

Shared housing provided at no cost

Local candidates must reside within 60 miles of the facility and will receive a rate 5% less than the standard travel rate
