Are you an experienced IT professional who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and being the person everyone turns to when technology isn't working?
Sterling Infrastructure is looking for a Helpdesk Support Specialist to become the primary IT resource supporting our Pocatello operations. This is more than a traditional helpdesk position—you'll work directly with employees in both office and field environments, providing hands-on technical support that keeps our teams productive and our projects moving forward.
If you're looking for a stable company where your experience is valued, your work makes a difference, and every day brings new challenges, we'd love to meet you.
Sterling Infrastructure builds and maintains critical infrastructure across the United States, including transportation, e-infrastructure, water, and other essential projects that strengthen our communities.
As part of our IT team, you'll have the opportunity to own your location, build strong relationships with the employees you support, and make a direct impact on the success of our operations. You'll work independently while collaborating with our Infrastructure, Applications, and Cybersecurity teams to deliver exceptional technology support across the business.
