We’re looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established primary care practice in Fall River, Massachusetts.
This is a great opportunity for an APP who wants a stable weekday schedule, supportive physician collaboration, and the ability to take ownership of patient care in an office-based setting.
The Opportunity
- Join an established Family Medicine/Primary Care practice
- See adult and adolescent patients
- 32 weekday hours per week
- Monday–Friday schedule
- No nights or weekends
- Work under physician supervision while assuming independent responsibility for patient care based on your experience, training and confidence
- Strong support from a large multispecialty medical group and its specialists
- Immediate hiring need with onboarding and insurance credentialing able to begin quickly
What We're Looking For
Experience is preferred, but a recent graduate may also be considered if they have a strong clinical background and are comfortable working independently.
Candidates should have:
- Active Massachusetts NP or PA license
- Valid DEA certificate
- Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration
- Strong communication skills
- Compassion and maturity
- Confidence managing primary care patients independently
Portuguese language skills are particularly valuable in the Fall River community, but are not required.
Practice Environment
You’ll work as part of a patient-focused, office-based team with access to a broad range of specialists and diagnostic services.
The practice uses eClinicalWorks for scheduling, documentation and billing and has on-site access to laboratory, radiology, cardiac and pulmonary testing, allergy, infectious disease and other specialty services.
