Job Summary
Lead PI litigation from intake to verdict, handling auto accidents, premises liability, and workplace injuries. Excel in our collaborative environment with FileVine and BambooHR for seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage diverse caseloads, coordinating with lemon/employment teams on overlapping claims.
- Conduct precise research via Westlaw/LexisNexis; draft compelling pleadings, motions, and demands.
- Negotiate optimal settlements with insurers; litigate confidently in state/federal courts.
- Engage experts and maintain impeccable Clio records for ethical compliance.
Qualifications
- JD; active CA Bar license (UBE advantageous).
- 3+ years PI experience with trial success.
- Mastery of CA PI law (MICRA, damages, liens); Clio/Office proficiency.
- Superior negotiation, writing, and communication skills.
