Auto Body Technician / PainterOverview
We are looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician and Painter to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who can perform both body repair and automotive painting. However, we are also open to hiring individuals who specialize in only one area — either body work or painting — and may hire separate candidates to fill both roles.

Responsibilities Body Technician Duties
- Perform collision and auto body repairs including dent repair, panel replacement, sanding, and minor structural repairs.
- Prepare damaged vehicles for refinishing and restoration.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and effectively.
- Inspect vehicles to ensure repairs meet quality standards.
Painter Duties
- Prepare vehicle surfaces for paint by sanding, masking, priming, and cleaning.
- Mix and apply automotive paint and clear coat to manufacturer standards.
- Buff and polish painted surfaces for a clean, professional finish.
- Ensure accurate color matching and high-quality final appearance.
Qualifications
- Experience in auto body repair, automotive painting, or both.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Knowledge of automotive repair and refinishing techniques.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physically demanding work.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
