Job Summary:
We're seeking a skilled and experienced Weekend Nurse Supervisor RN to lead our clinical team and ensure smooth operations during the most critical shifts of the week. If you're a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to support both residents and staff—you'll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all clinical operations during weekend shifts
- Support and guide nursing staff across the building
- Respond to changes in resident condition and escalate as needed
- Ensure compliance, quality care, and proper documentation
- Communicate with providers, families, and leadership
- Serve as the go-to clinical decision maker
Requirements:
- Active RN license (Texas)
- Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred
- Leadership or charge nurse experience strongly preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Calm under pressure, team-focused, and highly reliable
