Boutique Firm looking for Spanish-Speaking Bilingual attorney to join our rapidly growing Residential Real Estate Team.
— Minimum pre-requisite 1+ years experience in residential transactional real estate.
—Spanish speaking is Required*
— Candidates should be familiar with the entire closing process from start to finish and the right person will bring experience, a friendly attitude and a willingness to learn the ropes, jump in, and help out where needed.
— Perform title searches, certify, and obtain final title policies.
— Handle closings, recording and dispersement.
—Our ideal individual possesses a strong desire to grow their personal book of business and a collaborative work ethic.
—Some experience with Softpro/Qualia Real Estate closing software would be preferred.
Hours: 9:30 - 5:30
Competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
