We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Bartenders should be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. We are looking for that one person who is creative and would like to make the bar their own and to take it to a new level. We are celebrating 40years in business by rebranding in a new concept. We are starting the right candidate from $10 per hr + tips and tipouts to $15 .per hr + tips and tipouts
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Hiring bartenders to fill schedule.
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills
- Excellent self confidence and modivated to bring the bar from concept to flueition Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
- Leader of a team!
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate
