Job Description:
Performs general facility maintenance and repair tasks in commercial facilities. Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and associated building systems preferred. Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete preventative maintenance tasks. Must have strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and respond to maintenance requests efficiently. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment/materials as required.
Education & Qualification:
High school diploma or equivalent with 1 to 3 years of experience. Must have a valid driver's license.
Pay: $18.72 - $20.04 per hour
