We are looking for an experienced Service Plumber with 5+ years of professional plumbing experience who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service. Master Plumber and Journeyman Plumber license holders are strongly preferred, but we welcome experienced, highly skilled plumbers who meet our qualifications.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Respond to scheduled service calls and plumbing emergencies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with customers.
- Maintain consistent communication with dispatch throughout the workday.
- Perform high-quality workmanship while following all plumbing codes and safety standards.
- Properly maintain your company vehicle, tools, and state-of-the-art equipment.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls.
- Complete service documentation accurately and thoroughly.
- Represent 1-Tom-Plumber with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely lift equipment and perform physically demanding work
Preferred
- Master Plumber License
- Journeyman Plumber License
- Experience in residential and commercial service plumbing
What Success Looks Like

- Utilize state-of-the-art equipment to efficiently diagnose and complete repairs.

Compensation
