About This Role
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Preschool Teacher assistant to help young children transition smoothly into kindergarten. A strong foundation in preschool education and a passion for teaching essential skills will be invaluable in this role. What You'll Do

Engage children through a range of educational activities, including storytelling, interactive play, and media-based learning

Support each child's social and emotional growth by providing individualized attention and guidance

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment by encouraging children to interact with each other and resolve conflicts

Develop children's artistic and practical skills through a structured curriculum that includes activities such as identifying shapes, numbers, and colors, and doing crafts

Plan and supervise daily routines, including nap and snack times, to ensure children's safety and well-being

Collaborate with other educators to provide a comprehensive and supportive learning experience

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment that meets health and safety standards
Requirements

Familiarity with child development principles and preschool educational methods is a must.

Knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms is essential.

Strong communication and instructional skills are necessary for success in this role.

Ability to mediate between children is a vital aspect of this position.

A calm, friendly, and reliable demeanor is required.

CPR, First Aid, AED Certification is a requirement.

A clear full background check and passing health screening are mandatory.

A High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.

The ability to work 9:30-6pm or 7:00-3:30pm is necessary.
