- Be the first voice clients hear and the first face they see — set the tone for the entire experience
- Answer high-volume inbound calls with warmth and professionalism
- Greet walk-in clients with the hospitality that built our reputation
- Support our licensed team with client requests and documentation
- Learn our systems, products, and what makes CMRInsurance different
- Assist with outbound client outreach and follow-up
