We are currently looking for a motivated Telephone Sales & Credit Advisor to join the Byrider of Kalamazoo Team. You are responsible for making sales appointments for customers and you are the frontline of communication in our customer’s sales and credit building experience. You will work with customers, take applications, communicate on payment plans, and offer opportunities to buy. You will help people build their credit and get the transportation they need!
A successful candidate will have ability to multi-task, be a team player, and have a great personality. Your Responsibilities:
· Answer all incoming phone calls and emails with the goal of scheduling appointments.
· Record Customer information and perform data entry.
· Make outbound calls, generate sales leads and log all customer comments.
· Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made.
· Reschedule no-show customer appointments.
· Schedule future contact as needed.
· Generate emails according to a pre-determined timeline to automatically schedule follow-up reminders for next contact.
· Respond to customer website requests.
· Contact internet customers via email and phone to schedule a sales appointment
· Process credit applications
· Meet with your customers in person to solidify their payments and get them the used car they need.
· See your customer into the finance office, where the transactions are completed.
You will work 5 days, 40 hours, including Saturdays, and you will have one day off during the week. Below are the hours that the dealership is open, so your 40 hour schedule will be within these times.
Monday – 10a – 8p
Tuesday – 10a-6p
Wednesday – 10a – 6p
Thursday – 10a-6p
Friday – 10a – 8p
Saturday – 10a-4p
