RN - Registered Nurse - ICU - PRN SHIFTS VARY
Job Summary:
- Under the leadership of the Unit Manager, Nursing Supervisor, and/or Charge Nurse, is responsible and accountable for planning, directing, assessing and providing nursing care according to the mission, philosophy, policy and procedures of Barstow Community Hospital.
- Important dimensions of this position consist of demonstrating and communicating exceptional knowledge and skill through a high sense of responsibility for his/her practice.
- The nurse is effective as a role model/leader, educator, and provides support in the mentoring and retention of nurses
Pay $48.00 - $76.07 Per Hour
