About the Role
As a Residential Plumbing Technician, you will serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, diagnosing complex plumbing issues and delivering high-quality repair solutions. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth by providing expert recommendations and building lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities-
Diagnose and resolve a wide range of residential plumbing issues, including water heaters, fixtures, gas lines, and sump pumps.

Utilize field service software on company-provided tablets to manage daily schedules, generate accurate estimates, and finalize job documentation.

Educate customers on repair and replacement options, empowering them to make informed decisions for their homes.

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, acting as the face of the company during every service call.

Perform physical tasks such as working in crawl spaces, attics, and tight areas while adhering to strict safety standards.

Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide reliable after-hours and weekend support to our community.
Qualifications

Proven hands-on experience in residential plumbing service and repair.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to pass comprehensive background checks and drug screenings.

Proficiency with mobile technology and field management software.

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in plain language.

Experience presenting 'good-better-best' options and driving sales growth.

Prior experience with ServiceTitan or similar industry-standard platforms.

Technical proficiency in drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, and camera inspections.

Background in tankless water heater installation or HVAC cross-training.

Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish.
