Job Description: Sales Associate for Ag equipment & Customer Service
Hours are M-F with a 1 hour lunch 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm
Pay will be discussed and determined based on qualification and experience.
Expectation
· Punctuality: to show up on time without any compromise and always be presentable at all times.
· Maintain calm demeanor with customers and colleagues
· Open to continuous learning and adapt to changes for improvement.
· Come up with creative ways to enhance dealership service and operations
Duties will include but not limited to:
· Greet customer in person at the dealership
· Answer telephones with business etiquettes and excellent temperament.
· Familiarize and learn our equipment for sale, vendors and more
· Show customer equipment and pursue towards closing sales
· Complete financing applications and getting familiar with vendor portals to facilitate sales and operations
· Call and follow up sales leads
· Learn our shipping and receiving procedure and work with accounting department in maintaining accuracy of inventory
· Willing to accept more task and responsibilities in the future.
· Assist accounting or other team members when not engaged in sales.
Qualifications
- Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math is essential
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are required for engaging with customers
- Ability to perform merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves and organizing displays efficiently
- Strong phone etiquette skills for professional rcommunication
