Account Executive – SMB
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our SMB Sales team. In this role, you will help businesses with 10-299 employees identify technology solutions that improve connectivity, productivity, and growth. The ideal candidate is a consultative sales professional who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and acquire new SMB customers within an assigned territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Conduct needs-based consultations to understand customer challenges and recommend tailored wireless, internet, and business technology solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting through closing and account onboarding.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals, revenue targets, and key performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within CRM systems.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Participate in community networking events and local business organizations to generate new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, if territory-based travel is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling telecommunications, wireless, technology, SaaS, or business services.
- Knowledge of small business operations and technology needs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
