If you've spent time in home improvement sales, you already know the difference between a company that sets you up to win and one that doesn't. We're the former.
CARE is a Northern California home services company specializing in solar, roofing, HVAC, and windows. We're growing and we need reps who don't need babysitting. You'll run pre-set appointments with homeowners who are already expecting you. Your job is to close.
This role is for you if:
You have 2+ years of in-home sales experience in home improvement — solar, roofing, windows, HVAC, or similar. You've consistently hit or exceeded your numbers and you can prove it. You're self-motivated and you don't need someone standing over you to perform. You have a valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle.
This role is not for you if:
You're looking for a base salary. You've never run an in-home appointment before. You need extensive product training before you feel comfortable in front of a customer.
Compensation:
Realistic first-year earnings of $80,000–$180,000. Experienced reps who hit their stride earn well above that. This is straight commission — the ceiling is yours to set.
