Duties
- Coordinate food preparation and presentation to ensure timely delivery during service
- Communicate effectively with servers, cooks, and management to relay order details and special requests
- Ensure all food handling and safety standards are strictly followed to maintain quality and hygiene
- Support banquet and event setups by preparing and arranging food displays
- Buss tables and assist with clearing dishes to maintain cleanliness in dining areas
- Monitor food quality during service, making adjustments as needed to uphold high standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service, restaurant operations, or culinary environments
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety protocols
- Experience with banquet service, bussing, or catering is a plus
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests
- Ability to handle food safely and adhere to health regulations at all times
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous
- Enthusiasm for working in fast-paced environments with a positive attitude
- Basic understanding of cooking processes and food presentation skills
