We are an established, appointment-only skincare studio with two beautiful, modern locations in Venice, Florida. We specialize in advanced skincare, corrective facials, and full-body waxing while providing personalized care in a relaxed, luxury setting. Our clients are loyal, appreciative, and value exceptional service over rushed appointments.

Our facial services range from $135–$350+, giving you excellent earning potential through commissions, gratuities, retail sales, and treatment upgrades.

Waxing Services (Required)
- Brazilian Waxing
- Bikini Waxing
- Leg Waxing
- Arm Waxing
- Underarm Waxing
- Facial Waxing
- Chest & Back Waxing
- Provide efficient, comfortable, and professional waxing services with exceptional attention to detail.
Skincare Services (Preferred)
- Customized Facials
- Chemical Peels
- Dermaplaning
- Lash Lift & Tint
- Brow Waxing & Tinting
- Advanced skincare treatments (training provided for many services)
Client Care
- Perform professional consultations and skin analysis.
- Develop customized treatment plans and home-care recommendations.
- Educate clients on skincare and post-treatment care.
- Recommend professional skincare products.
- Maintain accurate client records.
- Keep treatment rooms impeccably clean, organized, and stocked.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
✔ Experienced and confident performing Brazilian and full-body waxing.
✔ Comfortable working independently as the only esthetician in the studio during many shifts.
✔ Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage their schedule without supervision.
✔ Professional, organized, and punctual.
✔ Friendly, personable, and passionate about delivering exceptional client care.
✔ Interested in continuing education and learning advanced skincare treatments.
✔ Comfortable recommending professional skincare products when appropriate.
✔ Active on social media—or willing to help promote yourself and the studio.
✔ Looking for a long-term career with a growing boutique business.
Requirements
- Active Florida Facial Specialist or Full Specialist License.
- Previous professional experience performing Brazilian and full-body waxing is required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Weekend availability is a plus.
Experience with facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, lash services, or advanced skincare treatments is highly preferred. Training is available for the right candidate.
