Landscape Crew Member – Mowing Division

Position Summary
We are currently hiring Landscape Crew Members to support our mowing crews servicing residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate has hands-on commercial mowing experience, operates equipment safely and efficiently, and takes pride in producing high-quality results on every job site.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside a Crew Lead to complete daily mowing and landscape maintenance tasks
- Safely operate push mowers, stand-on mowers, zero-turn mowers, and other commercial landscaping equipment
- Maintain a high standard of quality, safety, and professionalism at every property
- Occasionally drive company vehicles and tow trailers to and from job sites
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial mowing or landscape maintenance required
- Experience operating commercial mowing equipment, including push, mid-size, and large mowers
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
