Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals for our residents, adhering to dietary restrictions and special needs
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to sanitation and safety standards
Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and execute menus, ensuring variety and nutritional value
Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, responding to their dietary needs and preferences
Monitor and manage food supplies, ordering and inventory control
Maintain accurate records of food preparation, inventory, and waste management
